The hotel is beautiful. The room is beautiful and comfortable. There is a restaurant in the hotel if you don't want to go out. The breakfast is the best part, they have a huge buffet. Great variety for breakfast. The pool is beautiful.

The pool area should have more chairs, because it gets crowded in the afternoon when the sun is less strong. The sauna is the same temperature as outside, doesn't work properly. The gym has 3 machines only and mirror all around to make it look big. The shower in my room was squirting in all directions. I couldn't walk in and out of it without wetting the rest of the bathroom. I paid about 875,583 idr per night. It's not worth it. Stayed in Favehotel Premier - cihampelas also for half the price and close to an amazing shopping mall with lots of food choice.

Wonderful stay in clean and friendly hotel close to train station and city center

The rooms were clean and right next to eachother. Too bad it hadn't been arranged that the two connecting rooms were both ours. We enjoyed the pool. It was great that late one night the hotel staff was still able to arrange a trip for us starting 6h30 the next morning. Location right next to the train station was good for us and only 5-10 min walk from Braga street is great.

The fact that we didn't have connecting rooms whilst my room did actually have a door connecting directly with a different room.

Pleasant stay overall.

Hotel lobby very spacious and welcoming. Good variety of options for breakfast. Staff are very polite, responsive and accommodating. Comfy beds. Very strategic location as it's near the train station and pasar baru trade centre.

Bathroom is quite small. Would've preferred a larger safe box. No ironing board was provided with the iron. The bed covers are comfortable but stains are visible. The buttons on the air conditioning can be difficult to adjust.

Very handy location for round-Java train enthusiasts. Handy to Jalan Braga, main Bandung market (Pasar Baru) Jalan Asia Afika, etc. Staff very accommodating. All facilities worked fine.

The staff was really helpful in organizing us a driver to go to Kawah Putih and surrounds at a very reasonable price. The hotel is also very conveniently situated walking distance from the train station. Blue Bird taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. We arrived with a medical emergency and got very good support. The room was cleaned daily and had very good facilities.

My family of 18 pax have to leave the hotel early @ 0530am (to avoid traffic jam) on 1 of the days that we stayed there and we informed the frontdesk the previous evening if they could arrange breakfast as the timing for breakfast are from 0600am to 1000am. When we are ready to leave the hotel that morning, the manager and 1 of his staff came to us with 20 packets of pre-packed fried rice from the kitchen. We are so delighted as not only the fried rice was delicious but the manager and his staff were so accommodating with their smiles and politeness. If we return to Bandung again, Arion Swiss Belhotel will be our choice again.
